PRIOR TO PURCHASE!
Doctors Health Supply wants to
earn your business. Doctors Health Supply is not a retail store with a typical
retail counter. We are an Internet based company that sells direct to the
consumer and we offer pricing that is generally below normal retail pricing
when possible. We are aware that it is sometimes difficult to purchase an item
from a picture so if you have any questions regarding any of our products
please take the time call or email us. We offer pre-sales advice on every item
we sell and many times we can be helpful to you in making your selection. The
intent of this notice is to provide you with a clear understanding of our
return policy prior to any purchase.
Doctors Health Supply wants you
to be happy with your purchase and if you are not you may return the item
purchased to us as outlined below.
No returns will be accepted
without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
All authorized returns which are in original condition (factory fresh,
original cartons, free of store pricing, and un-used) must be shipped prepaid
to Doctors Health Supply and are subject to shipping and handling costs for
all returned items. You will have 14 days from receipt of your equipment in
which you may return it to Doctors Health Supply for a refund. You will be
refunded the purchase price minus the actual charges Doctors Health Supply has
incurred in shipping the product to you plus a 15% restocking charge.
If you purchase any item and
requested we ship it to you via express services (i.e.: UPS 3 day, 2 day,
overnight, USPS Priority or Express, etc.) then you would have paid an
additional shipping charge at the time of purchase. This shipping charge is
not refundable under any circumstance unless the product originally shipped
was damaged or defective. Otherwise your refund will be processed as stated
above.
PLEASE NOTE: If food has come
in contact with the machine/item purchased, we will not refund any of the
purchase price or shipping charges. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you have not used the
equipment and you wish to exchange it for another item we stock then we will
give you full credit for the purchase price only, minus the shipping
charges incurred. The shipping charges will not be refunded and return
shipping charges must be prepaid by the purchaser.
Doctors Health Supply makes no
warranty expressed or implied, all Warranties are between the Manufacturer and
you the Customer. We work very hard to keep our prices as low as possible and
we pass these saving on to you.
SPECIAL ORDER
ITEMS:
All
orders for commercial equipment are considered Special Order
items and are not subject to cancellation, and merchandise
cannot be returned unless defective.
Unless
otherwise stated: (1) Equipment carries standard factory
warranties only, and does not include labor costs or
transportation costs on any defective parts replacements. (2)
Items are priced delivered your receiving dock, not uncrated, set
in place or otherwise installed in any way; necessary parts for
mechanical or electrical connectors from rough-in to equipment or
labor for installation or final hook-up are not included. (3) No
trade-ins are considered, and no allowances will be made.
We do
not assume responsibility for unavoidable delays in manufacture or
transit or for loss or damage in transit.
Making
certain that your premises provide the proper electrical and/or
gas supply, that plumbing lines are properly sized, and that doors
and passageways will accommodate the equipment is the
responsibility of the purchaser.
All
Commercial Equipment must pre-paid by check, money order or wire
transfer.
