These Jupiter approved pre-filters are intended for purchase by JUPITER IONIZER USERS that have special concerns about their water source. Housed in convenient counter top canisters, they are easily installed upstream of the JUPITER WATER IONIZER, directly on the supply hose from the faucet. They may be installed individually or in combination and are intended to compliment your JUPITER WATER IONIZER’s existing on-board filter. The use of these pre-filters may allow the successful installation of a Jupiter ionizer on water sources with considerable suspended particles and/or hardness as found in some wells, springs, and municipal supplies. PRE-FILTER INSTALLATION: Simply cut hose at point where COUNTER-TOP PRE FILTER is to be placed. Plug hose end from faucet into fitting at base of filter. Plug hose end from JUPITER onto remaining fitting at base of filter. Be sure to allow sufficient hose slack to accommodate faucet left-to-right movement.
